• Act unpredictably in edge cases.

AI outputs must always be reviewed by a human before publication, execution, reliance, or deployment.

You remain solely responsible for:

• All content published through your account.
• All automations enabled by your account.
• All actions executed by AI agents on your behalf.
• Compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
• Reviewing AI-generated outputs and supervising autonomous workflows.

Use of AI systems does not transfer responsibility to OceanDrive.

You may not use OceanDrive AI systems to:

• Violate laws or impersonate others.
• Knowingly spread misinformation or generate malware.
• Conduct fraud, generate abusive content, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Perform unauthorized surveillance or manipulate political processes illegally.
• Conduct spam operations, engage in harassment, or automate harmful activity.
• Jailbreak AI systems, attempt prompt extraction, or bypass safety controls.

OceanDrive may provide autonomous agents, recommendations, scheduling systems, or delegated execution tools. You authorize OceanDrive to execute approved workflows based on your prompts, settings, configurations, schedules, approvals, and instructions.

You remain responsible for monitoring all autonomous actions. OceanDrive may pause, throttle, or restrict agent behavior if abuse or anomalous activity is detected.

OceanDrive may provide AI agents, scheduling systems, autonomous workflows, recommendations, and delegated execution systems. By enabling automation features, you authorize OceanDrive to perform actions according to your workflows, prompts, triggers, schedules, approvals, and configurations.

You remain responsible for:

• Supervising automation and monitoring outputs.
• Reviewing publications and ensuring legality.
• Platform compliance and connected account activity.

OceanDrive does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, prediction accuracy, algorithmic performance, platform availability, third-party API stability, publishing success, or business outcomes.

OceanDrive may pause automations, throttle workloads, restrict agent behavior, disable integrations, require approvals, or suspend suspicious activity at any time.

OceanDrive does not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, tax advice, or investment advice. AI outputs are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

OceanDrive may use anonymized usage data, aggregated analytics, system telemetry, and feedback to improve platform reliability, security, model performance, and safety systems.

Sensitive customer content will not be used for public model training without your explicit authorization.

OceanDrive reserves the right to suspend abusive usage, restrict automation access, disable agents, limit API access, terminate accounts, and investigate misuse. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
