AI outputs

AI can produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or act on them. OceanDrive does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

Practical rule
Treat AI as a drafting assistant. You decide what’s correct and what ships.

OceanDrive may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

You can stop using OceanDrive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if there is abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OceanDrive and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Changes
