What you’ll do
You’ll own growth experiments end-to-end—from positioning and creative to landing pages and conversion improvements. You understand funnels deeply, and you move fast with tight hypotheses, clean iterations, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
What good looks like.
  • Run growth experiments across creatives, landing pages, and funnel flows.
  • Write and iterate on positioning and messaging for founders/operators.
  • Build/testing plan: hypotheses, variations, results, and next steps.
  • Improve conversion rate and reduce friction in signup/waitlist flows.
  • Collaborate with product/design to align marketing pages with product truth.
Requirements
What good looks like.
  • Proven experience running funnel + creative experiments with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong copy instincts + conversion-focused structure.
  • Comfort shipping landing pages (or working tightly with someone who can).
  • Clear reporting and hypothesis-driven iteration style.

  • Experience marketing SaaS tools to founders/SMBs.
  • Comfort with paid acquisition testing + creative iteration loops.
  • Experience with brand strategy and product positioning frameworks.
