What you’ll do
You’ll build core product surfaces across OceanDrive: builders, publishing flows, and the systems that keep multi-tenant work safe, predictable, and fast. You’ll own features end-to-end—UI, API, data, and the guardrails that make the experience feel effortless.

Responsibilities
What good looks like.
  • Build and polish product surfaces (builders, dashboards, publishing flows).
  • Implement reliable APIs (safe create/update behavior, predictable responses, clean validation).
  • Improve performance and perceived speed (load, render, interaction).
  • Harden edge-cases: conflicts, retries, dedupe, and safe publishing behavior.
  • Write maintainable code and leave the system easier to understand than you found it.
Requirements
What good looks like.
  • Strong full-stack ability (UI + backend) and a track record of shipping.
  • Product taste: you care about typography, spacing, motion, and speed.
  • Comfort owning systems: you can debug issues end-to-end.
  • Clear communication and calm execution.
Nice to have
What good looks like.
  • Experience with Next.js App Router, server components, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and scoped authorization models.
  • Experience building builders/editors (drag & drop, structured docs, publishing).
  • Obsessed with operational polish (logs, tracing, predictable failure modes).
